- After-sales service:
Repair work is carried out with OEM parts on batteries that are produced overseas by the manufacturers. This is especially relevant for products that show defects within the warranty period and must be repaired quickly for their European customers. - Problem diagnosis:
Underperforming or defective batteries are diagnosed and categorized. In some cases, software updates or modifications to the hardware (BMS, connectors, housing) are made to improve performance. - Sustainable disposal:
Irreparable batteries are dismantled in a responsible manner and further processed for recycling in the Netherlands.
